We have two very chubby little girls here!!  Sanu' never leaves them and all they do is nurse and sleep!  But they are adorable!!

I always say besides almost doubling in weight their first week, their pictures don't seem to change so much between newborn and one week old.  Next week...watch for some big changes!  But, here are some shots of them for the week.  Enjoy!

Orcia has a bit more work than Sanu' but she has been a very attentive Mom to her seven puppies.  Here they are at 2 days old.

As you can see these puppies enjoy the comfort of sleeping on Mom's neck.  There is always one curled up sleeping on her like this.  These little girls are getting chubby fast!

An exciting week here at Dolce Vita Lagotto

It has been a year since we have had puppies here at Dolce Vita Lagotto and I am so pleased and excited to make an announcement about our new puppies.  Orcia and Sanu' have both delivered a total of nine puppies - all puppies are thriving and the moms are doing well too!  While I usually would not consider two litters at the same time, the odds that I would have two smaller litters were great.  Sanu' has two new baby girls and Orcia surprised us with seven boys and girls.
