Second Week

As you can see, there are big changes this week!  The puppies have their eyes open and are starting to push themselves up and take some steps.  They have also just started to have an interest and awareness of each other.  Here are some random photos for the week and also a couple of face shots.

I always say, not much appears to change in the first week, but they have all doubled their birth weight!  Orcia is being a great Mom and taking great care of them.  All of the puppies are getting bigger and stronger, Orcia is well....what more could I ask for?

Life is good at Dolce Vita Farm as we welcome 5 new puppies to the world!

On Wednesday, November 11, we welcomed 5 new babies!  Mom, Orcia and all babies are doing well and thriving!

We have searched the world for males that we feel can contribute the most to our breeding program.  Last year we were able to have the amazing Multi CH Dante delle Gualdarie sire seven beautiful puppies for us.  This year we decided on another simply amazing boy, Multi CH Cisco (Gallerini), owned by Annie Ahlberg of Sweden to breed to our CH Comes Cordis Orcia.

Today I am feeling really grateful and lucky to be able to announce this litter.  We were blessed with 3 girls and 2 boys.

Here they are at one day old.  I'm proud to introduce them.
